The EDAPS Consortium participated in the 7th International conference and trade show "Payment Card 2007"

On June 6-8, 2007 Kiev hosted the 7th International conference and trade show "Payment Card 2007." Among its participants were the EDAPS enterprises "Polly-Service" and "Znak" Ltd.

"Payment Card 2007" welcomed more than 700 Ukrainian and foreign banking institutions - the list of participants included the National Bank of Ukraine, leading Ukrainian banks, Central banks of the CIS countries, credit bureaus, international payment systems, as well as state agencies. The EDAPS Consortium gave a presentation at the conference, entitled "The EDAPS Consortium: Contemporary banking card solutions." The presenters were Galina Gagen, Deputy Director General of Polly-Service, and Alexander Fomenko, Commercial Director of Znak Ltd. The presentation demonstrated the EDAPS Consortium's capability to deliver a full range of solutions, from personalization equipment to manufacturing blank payment cards.

The presenters noted that 70% of payment cards in Ukraine are personalized using the DataCard equipment installed and serviced by Polly-Service. Polly Service provides software and hardware solutions for document personalization that allow to manage business projects of various sizes.

The conference participants were particularly interested in the real world implementation and integration of the personalization process in banking utilizing a variety of partnership solutions such as OpenWay, CompassPlus, CTL, HKT and others.

The International conference and trade show "Payment Card 2007" gave Polly-Service and Znak Ltd. the opportunity to meet with vendors and industry partners, study the new directions in the Ukrainian card market, establish contacts with the most well-known market players, and develop plans for future projects with potential clients.
