The ZNAK enterprise delivers its first order of bank cards for the National System for Electronic Payments

ZNAK has completed its first order of bank cards in compliance with standards of the National System for Electronic Payment (NSMEP), for Arma, a Commercial Bank (CB).
As a result of the combined efforts of experts from the Ukrainian National Bank and the ZNAK enterprise, a Center for the Initialization and Personalization of Cards (CIPC) has been established at the ZNAK facilities. Software was developed, which connects the CIPC to equipment of the Datacard Group, a U.S. corporation, which allows both graphic and electronic personalization of cards, in compliance to NSMEP standards.
On February 28 of 2007, Commercial Bank Arma received its first shipment of NSMEP payment cards, prepared and personalized at the extensive ZNAK facility. Several similar projects for NSMEP cards are underway for other Ukrainian banks.
ZNAK is a certified producer of cards for the international VISA and MasterCard payment system, and for UkrBank, the Ukrainian inter-bank payment system.
