Establishment of centers for execution and issue of Ukrainian travel passports under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
The centralized execution and issuance of travel passports is carried out as part of the State Information System of the Registration and Documentation of Physical Persons (SIS).
The system (see the map) is arranged in a three-layer hierarchical pattern in accordance with the administrative-territorial division of Ukraine (local, regional and central levels). The owner of the system is the State represented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
