Implementation of permits for carrying and keeping of weapon on the blanks in the form of plastic cards
The state has foreseen the principle of a decentralized manufacture of permits with the help of hardware-software complexes (HSC) under the divisions of the Department of State Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
HSC - hardware-software complexes for the decentralized manufacture of single design permits granting the right to carry and keep weapons on blanks in form of plastic cards. There are 27 HSC-DSC1 total.
